Okay then I think the cold case squad should be called in since there is no Statute of limitations for what you described had happened....so crack open this can of worms and see what’s inside....I would believe 1st they would recall all content still in any store that she appeared in at the time...dusty as it may be....once its out....

I'm calling BULLSHIT on the Sharon Mitchell underage stuff.
She was born in Jan of 1956. Her first title was out in 1975. Even if the 1975 releases were filmed in 1974, 11.5 months of that year she was already 18.
Certainly there are plenty of others who started before 18.
But, as far as Traci goes, if I recall correctly, she somehow had a US passport with her fake age. Certainly that would be harder now with all the safeguards for Homeland Security and identity theft. But, if a pornwhore somehow DID a genuine passport with a false age, all the porn producer has to show is that s/he documented her ID properly.
But, I don't think 2257 is about underage porn anyway. It's about harassing legitimate porn people. I'm not in the mood to look, and I haven't kept up with it, but I think an appeals court took the same opinion in the past year or so.
