Nope. In the case of the RC Church, only formal confessions are bound to secrecy. Many priests have turned in murderers when those conversations took place outside the strict rules of Confession. I believe this is also the same in the Anglican Church, but don't know for sure. I don't believe this is the case at all in Protestant religious structure, meaning religious leaders are not necessarily bound to any kind of confidentiality.
