And as fas as jack getting off on appeal, just more wishful thinking from someone who lives in fantasyland. Jack is a rapist. Jack had competent representation, and was given the chance to have his say. He chose to remain silent, which is his right. The JURY, those who actually listened to ALL of the evidence, has spoken. They said,"GUILTY"

Lying in a jailhouse interview is not evidence. If jack had something to say he could have done it under oath in the courtroom.
