That's an awful lot of maybes. I'm not saying Jack wouldn't hurt his own case (still a maybe), what I'm saying is why risk his credibility when you see he is being railroaded. Why not save his testimony for a possibly less hostile venue on appeal?

They have a lot of "evidence" but can't physically tie him to the room except through one coerced witness (going to receive less time) and a hung over whore who didn't even know she was being raped until after they fled? All she heard was the condom rapper, right? Just these two facts alone make the hinky hairs on the back of neck stand up and take notice.
