From what I understand he was offered a plea deal of 4 months by the prosecuting attorney prior to going to trial.

If the man was guilty he would have jumped at that deal. The fact that he turned it down and went to trial says to me that he believes he is innocent.


Judge to Whore: "When did you realize you'd been raped?"
Whore: "When the check bounced!"
