Read this earlier. Reminds me a bit of the oral swab for HIV. I worked with a doctor that performs these tests at swinger's conventions... it come back in 10-15 minutes. But my understanding is that the tests are still only as good as a Western Blot Eliza test when it comes to detecting false positives/ negatives...
