Since I'm getting off this site anyway, I was just playing around with names. What Desi says and the truth are 2 completely different things, Elli will have to testify to the truth and there really are plenty of witnesses. Whats sad is that she fabricated this story to get back at someone for kicks, like what happened with the recent myspace situation this mans daughter has threatened suicide over this bogus story. If the girl is successful in taking her life because of the false story by Desi, there are big consequences. The woman in the myspace hoax got convicted in CA. Although this case is in Jersey, Desi is currently a CA resident. I hope that Mike's daughter does not do harm to herself over something so untrue and horrible created by this mad woman. You would think that if she was so lawfully astute she would keep her trap shut! If I was her attorney thats what I would tell her! You people can believe what you want but if it was your daughter, taking her life over a false and untrue story I think you would have a different perception of it. I can assure you though that if it happens we are fully prepared to file the appropriate charges. I have said enough, I am a father myself and I'm sure that although many of you are in the business your in, you are mothers and fathers too. The Innocent and do not deserve to die needlessly especially over a lie. I wonder what Desi would really feel like if the girl dies? I guess since she has no heart or feelings for others, she really would not care!
