Reading between the lines makes things a little clearer. Production will apparently continue at NA's Vegas and AZ offices. A source tells me that NA is allegedly outsourcing due to concerns that California OSHA will fine them, dating back to a recent on-set "visit" that reportedly resulted in a citation of some kind.
