So the 12 and 14 year olds that can pass for 18 with a fake ID won't be able to buy alcohol. It's harder for the 12 and 14 year olds to pass for 21. If anyone says who cares let them do what they want and face the consequences, then realize the liability on the liquor stores if they sell to that 12 and 14 year old. The 16 year olds with their brand new cars will also cause problems if they're drinking and driving because they were also passing as 18 with their fake ID.



How in the hell could a 12 year old pass themselves off as 18?

No matter what the drinking age is, kids underage will always find the liquor store with the greedy owner who is willing to risk the penalties for selling to underage patrons.
