Have you ever had any clients who challenged the validity of their "contracts" with an agency. I would think that any contract that called for aperson to work in unsanitary conditions and in violation of blood borne pathogen laws would be unenforcable. Could a performer be held in breach of contract for refusing to work under these conditions? Is it possible to enforce any "so called contract" that calls for someone to have unprotected sex with a third party?
