[EDITED] Maybe that's a nice person in reality, but on appearance alone seems more fitting in a survival horror film (a Tranny adaptation of Saw/Misery/Hostel). The victim wakes up from a drugged haze and finds himself naked on a stained mattress on the floor of some condemned apartment building. He lifts his head, rubs his eyes and feels a burning sensation in his ass - and in the next terrifying moment THAT thing comes into focus - sitting on a plastic lawn chair in a flowery robe and fuzzy slippers delighting in some nachos that he chews with mouth open. Then our captor - the tranny Kathy Bates if you will - sees the victim coming to, then grins and babbles something in Spanish before continuing to chew.

You see where this is going.. not pretty.
