Chicago...maybe Illinois politics in general is corrupt...lets call a "spade" a spade.....

oaky now dont we have more pressing issues...like the absolute corruption capital of the country....the 68.3 square miles which is the District of Columbia.

now before you get ahead of yourselfs.....and go WTF is a District of Columbia, I dont see ity on the list of states....I will give it to you in the easy way.....Washington, D.C....and it aint a state..hope it helps!
