The "change" is the idea of selecting people for positions of power based on their abilities and not party loyalty. Anyone with the proper knowledge to hit the ground running are bound to have spent time in the Clinton administration. Which is not a bad thing. The Democratic party don't make ridiculous choices to pander to base groups (ie Palin and the bible bunch).
