The health care question is what you'd expect. In Canada my treatment would have been totally free, which is awesome. But I may have had to wait a little longer to get into the operating room. Hospitals in Canada are usually decent, or better than decent but can be low on staff or other resources. Here in LA I had my surgery at Cedar Sinai which is a really great hospital and I was very well cared for, but I did have pay.

About the anal, I'm sure I'll get around to it someday. I'm just waiting for the right opportunity. Probably won't do it for the first time on my site, I'll save it for a feature.
