Kirsten Dunst's stalker is on the loose.

In a declaration in the restraining order against 25-year-old Christopher Richard Smith, Dunst states: "Mr. Smith has repeatedly shown up uninvited at my place of residence in Los Angeles, going so far as to ignore police warnings, bypass my personal security measures, trespass on my property, and attempt to gain entry into my home."
"Mr. Smith's sudden, aggressive, and harassing efforts to contact me are extremely frightening. I fear not only for my own personal safety, but also for the safety and well being of my housemate and assistant," the declaration continues.
A private security guard adds in his own declaration that it is his understanding that after repeatedly ignoring police warnings not to trespass on Dunst's property, Mr. Smith was "arrested and subsequently placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold."
The temporary restraining order was issued on Nov. 26 and a hearing has been set for Dec. 22 to determine whether the order should be extended.

Kirsten Dunst having a stalker defies the laws of nature. That's like a bag of dry oatmeal having a stalker - or worse yet Janine Garofalo.

There must be some mistake - perhaps this stalker is blind. On one hand you might think this stalker sees some kind of inner beauty in Kirsten that no one else sees, despite having the facial demeanor and personality of a sleepwalker, but Kirsten has no inner beauty either so that's not it. Perhaps this stalker is a realist - and feels that shooting too high for an Angelina Jolie or equivalent is never going to happen and thus jane-average Kirsten is more reasonable and "rational."

She reportedly drank herself into rehab because her ex Jake Gyllenhaal hooked up with Reese Witherspoon. She thought they might still have a chance again in the future though she said he was boring and didn't like to leave the house and party with her.
