Some may, but those appointments are usually booked in advance with certain fans before the dancer comes to town. The higher end Las Vegas clubs like Sapphire sometimes have porn girls who fly in for the wkend as a regular house dancer for quick money on the go without featuring. Most Vegas clubs don't have features.

As far as local SoCal clubs, some girls dance but change their names lest you guys or the other dancers wonder 'hey, if you're such a big star, why aren't you featuring?' Also, porn 'stardom' has no leverage when trying to sell dances. Obvs, feature dancing really showcases the porn star, advertises for her months in advance, and the guys flock to see her; however, it doesn't get you more dances as a house dancer. Those guys are casual porn consumers at best and still think Jenna is a Vivid girl, but mostly, they just don't care since it's SoCal and everyone knows someone who has dabbled in porn somehow.
