People go to jail, websites dont. There are countless examples where sites were hosted overseas but yet the person who owned it was stilled arrested.

There are even examples where the US Marshalls/FBI/DOJ have removed non US citizens off of planes once the plane landed on US soil. If they want you, they can get you. The Patriot Act has given the US govt the ability to basically track anyone anywhere at anytime.
