Never, ever a headache. In fact they went away. Squinting and poor eyesight caused my headaches.

BTW, they have a new procedure they tried to sell me. When they perform the lasik they insert an artificial lens in your eye that corrects your near vision, while the lasik corrects your distance. I passed on that because 3 yrs ago it was brand new and I didn't want to be a tester.
