Aside from the 'official' use of those websites- if every website or online forum was used for it's designated purpose this forum would be a bit less interesting, no?

But whatchagonnado, I suppose that topic warrants the label- although aside using forum's where a voice could be made I don't practice any effort beyond that to see if a recommendation and given opinion could make something happen.
