Indeed. I'm making Cornbread & Andouille sausage stuffing. 18 1/2 lb bird, mashed potatoes, squash, collard greens, and, of course, Cranberry a la Elab:
J/K. I mashed it up with a fork. 
Also have pumpkin and coconut custard pies for desert.
