Pay particular attention to section 63:3. It is okay for me to watch this scene on the DVD of 'Munich' over and over again because it has been classified/passed by the UK film censors (the BBFC). However, if I watch or download the clip by itself from Mr. Skin or a similar site (which pays to license said clip from the studios and doesn't infringe any copyright), then it becomes illegal as it is 'extracted'. The question the jury must decide on is whether you extracted it for the purpose of sexual arousal. If the jury decides yes, then your life is fucked, basically.

So fucking what. Nirvana's Nevermind album has a nude baby with his nude baby penis out, and I don't hear any gripes about that, just as I shouldn't hear any accusations that photos of nude or implied nudity of children are sexual. They are not sexual unless they're in a sexual pose or setting, people.
