I finally just plugged my cam into my computer and now my pics are on it (Fuck I am a TAAAAAAAARD). I'd love to share some, but I look absolutely awful in the pics. How do I erase my fat, bloated face from the pics with my fave porn stars? Tanks....

If you have a Windows PC, and if you don't have Picasa yet then get it: picasa.google.com.
Its the best program to organize and quickly manipulate tons of pics without having to load one by one into Photoshop. I've turned countless people on to it, some of them hopelessly brain dead and yet they use it with great efficiency, so it's easy to use. It used to be pay software but then Google bought the company out and made it free.
Let's see those whores.
