Charlie Watts is so fucking cool he's the only drummer in history who could play an outdoor concert at high noon on the 4th of July wearing a fur coar and not break a sweat. Not the best, but the coolest.

Peart is the most technically proficient and one of my all time favorites, but for my money it's John Henry Bonham. Just for what he can get out of a single bass drum alone (Good Times, Bad Times.)
