Thought about it, and had it suggested more times than we care to think about. Too much anarchy involved, because like Wiki, not enough people are thorough & precise in what gets added. In a sense, there would be too much damage control, IMO.

Most of our changes from the correction forms now get added only when we know the person well-enough that they know what they're talking about. If we don't have a title at all, it's better than anything. But if you're going to add it, it might as well be correct (or as good as it's gonna get).
