I went to the doc last week for a prostate infection and he stuck his finger up my ass and rubbed my prostate until some kind of jizz came out my pecker and onto a microscope slide that I was holding. It was not a comfortable procedure. This got me thinking...since women do not have a prostate, is anal less painful for them than for a man?

Maybe having a prostate issue accentuated the pain. Have you had things inserted in your ass before this problem? Was there pain or not?

If you had a prostrate infection it probably means your prostrate was inflamed – hence the pain.
Which in turn makes me wonder how your prostrate got infected in the first place

The girls definitely have it easier. The girls can do enough enough  to be counting unicorns and not feel a thing - she can be catatonic as long as the dudes can still pry her holes open.
