being a hoarder has nothing to do with puppy mills. neither does being a breeder, for that matter. (though i do agree that half-ass, amateur breeding is a major problem) if they think these people are hoarders, which is what the article indicated, then that's a real and serious condition. hoarders are intensely attached to their animals and sincerely believe that they are the only ones who can take care of them. it's a mental condition. they should be punished and not allowed to have animals again without close supervision, (if at all) but acting like they are cold-blooded monsters is ridiculous. then again, who knows whether you actually read the article before you started talking your bullshit, so whatever.
