There are a lot of "gentlemen's agreements" verbal contracts but as pornlaw states...it is what it is.

No offence to the legal profession but to waste your lawyer’s time (quite expensive for competent council), court fees...etc, etc for a measly amount (something that would be won in CIVIL court)...why pursue legal channels unless it is to show someone’s premeditated dishonesty...more like in for purposes of or on principal alone....

You kind of have to look at it as if you were a hooker….as they say….always get the $$$ upfront. But in this business……I don’t know if you could pull it off unless you have a great track record.
