Get the referral fee in writing before sending the girl over. If you are a true recruiter you can make decent money, but I have had a couple of recruiters call me lately saying they were stiffed (pun) on their referral fees by a couple of different agencies. Nothing can be done unless you have an agreement in writing setting out the specifics of how you will be paid.
