the snoopy deformity is supposed to refer to the way the new implant hangs in the saggy breast- its a pretty common problem apparently, the first consultations i went to i thought i could just get big fat implants, but they tell you, "uh nope girlie youre gonna end up with snoopy boobs"
hence the need for a lift, something alot of girls dont wanna do, because of the probable scarring- a lift gives you those anchor scars
but theres ways to deal with that- theres even little anchor shaped sillicone scar smoothing patches, and if that fails, they can lazer off the scras after youve healed
