That site isn't very compelling - there are way better info sources if you've got LEA, licensed P.I., legal pro or government creds, depending. Any agencies with good info are charging for it on top of other requirements.

I imagine one industry skunk per month could be chosen to be "tarred and feathered" in the shit list or cage, whereby participants try to outdo each other posting the most dirt. Not sure what the legalities would be though, even with real names blurred out - might get messy.
