OK, I live in Scottsdale, probably the second most conservative metro area in Arizona, next to Paradise Valley.

So...since dinnertime last night, and into today, and I'm not making this up, I've gotten calls from:

John McCain (3x)
Cindy Mac
Rudy Guiliani
Jon Kyl (Arizona's other Senator)
Bush41

If these people have to robocall my number, something is seriously wrong.

I've gotten the same crap from both sides in my State Legislature district candidates. Neither or which knew I was alive before this year. If these folks want to impress me they should call and ask how I feel about things when they aren't running for re-election.

speaking of moosejaw barbie and phonecalls, did you hear that god awful prank call that some Montreal radio DJ's did with Sarah a few days ago, where they pretended to be the president of France? They really wasted a great opportunity in not really being funny, but her deflated expression after they told her she'd been pranked was gold.

Also you hear at 0:35 she quips sarcastically at her assistant "i'll just have people hand it to me right when its them" after getting annoyed she was handed the phone too quickly and wasn't yet speaking with Mr. Important. What an ego on this See You Next Tuesday.

I have two seperate cell phones, one for personal/general bullshit that has a Northern California number that I have used for the last 3-1/2 years, the other a Connecticut area code. My California number receives (until now) several calls a day from political idiots from both sides...likewise I have a Connecticut resiedence and a massachusetts residence with seperate numbers. However, my Massachusetts line rarely receives ANY calls from anyone unwanted, I am not sure why.....perhaps my lack of use and time there compared to elsewhere, OR perhaps Mass has better laws and restrictions. Either way, I totally pissed off the last pollster to call me yesterday morning, when he (or it might have been a "she") wanted to know WHEN I was going to vote.

I told him I "was exercising my right NOT to vote" because I find both candidates WOEFULLY inadequate and unprepared to deal with the problems facing us. He/she was not pleased with my stance and, after revealing a pro Obama agenda, laid a guilt trip upon me for not using my vote. I told him to go fuck himself with a BLACK rubber dick.

For some reason Shtunkie [my name for the aforementioned moosejaw barbie] sent my very Democrat father a request for a campaign donation to the Republican party. We dropped it off in a mailbox on the way to vote.

He enclosed "go fuck yourself" and stuffed as much crap as he could into their self-addressed stamped envelop.

They're going to have to pay a premium because that thing will have to be hand stamped.
