I don't have kids but I agree with you.

It's a medical procedure and they're minors. Especially in California where I don't believe it's legal for minors to even HAVE sex [unlike say NJ where 16 is legal].

Doesn't seem like enough of the Holy Rollers voted against the Gay Marriage ban, though.
