I know that there is Pearl Paint on Canal Street, Dick's store and the Utrecht stores around the city. I got my SUNY ID card, so I guess that I can save 10%-15% extra. I figured that I will need like a pad of 300lbs cold-pressed paper. Maybe like 3 different round brushes, plastic mixing palete pans, water jar for the brushes, and like 8 tubes of paint: yellow, red, blue, green, orange and violet + white and black. I just don't wanna pay a lot. I wanna get more while paying less.
