If you are talking about my avatar location quote thing it's a reference to the game Fallout 2. I have been playing through it again using melee weapons and tons of drugs. My dude just shows up and beats the shit out of everything. Chem Reliant is one of the perks in the game that will give your dude some advantages when they take lots of drugs.
