I got this idea after watching the Behind the Scene segment on A Good Source of Iron. Basically, Gia Paloma is on her cell phone carrying on a conversation (with her boyfriend?) while there are 10+ hard cocks surrounding her, and she's still stroking while talking. I think it was the Extreme Associates website that had the "Suprise Pop Shots" clips that is sort of like it too.
Basically, a girl would be at the desk talking to someone on the phone or a speaker phone. A guy would be jacking off in the background behind her, while she's having a conversation.
