One of my hamsters demonstrated a weird self-awareness today.

She refused to let me move a thing in her tank that looks like a huge wedge of cheese.

This may seem meaningless to you folks but a hamster having an opinion about anything is really big stuff to me.

I hope I have a self-aware hammy.
