Also why would a Canadian person have to pay 200,000 bucks to an insurance provider when we all have insurance from the government which is a result of simply paying taxes?

Ok. Read this part of the article. He is suing to get what the feels he is entitle to from the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades. I think the "Medical Bills Expenses" is just an assumption on my part. If the Canadian government covers it great. At the end of the day he wants money he feels he is entitled too.
