You say "I am going to stand up and fight like a man"....But when it comes to crunch time you choose to sit and remain silent. You've said more here on this board alone than you have in the courtroom.

Sounds more like "I'm going to sit back and let ofhters speak for me instead of defending myself and my content."

Freedom of speech also means the freedom to remain silent. You talk a good game here, but when it comes to the courtroom all i hear is the crickets chirping.




Seriously dude, what the fuck is your problem with Max? He has a well paid attorney that knows the ins and outs of the legal system representing him at considerable cost. If Max is quietly sitting in court and observing while his lawyer is vigorously running his defence, I'm pretty sure that's exactly what the lawyer told him to do.

I also think that Max isn't going to win this appeal, not because his case is weak or because he's done something wrong, but because this whackjob judge couldn't even spell impartial, let alone actually be impartial.
