Who is the guy on the left? And what is he doing with that child in his lap? Does look a lot as if he's struggling to keep her in place....
On the bright side for this family and their parents, in about 12 days all the intense spotlights will power down and disappear when mom goes back to her regular job. Hopefully for their sakes life will become a little more normal.
