A baby can be a fucked up baby retarded or not. To me a fucked up baby is a colicky baby. Like the fucking neighbors kid who for the last 10 months wont shut the fuck up.

I also cringe when people say all newborn babies are beautiful. Not true!...Im fact I didnt think my daughter was that cute at first, she looked well, not perfect and it was a sigh of relief to know she didnt have a fucked up birthmark on her face and was healthy. I dig the kid now.
