She could be just a crazy person and not able to help it. Attention seeking behavior like this often comes with a person who is either massively depressed or is feeling manic.

Hah - she COULD be a crazy person? ya think? Myspace, world of warcraft and IRC is loaded full of girls like her both in brains and proportion (and inversely proportionate might I add) and yet they seem to be able to control themselves at least from making false police reports.
