When I saw this earlier I was a bit suspect since the Bloomfield section of Pittsburgh is considered the Burgh's "Little Italy" and Liberty Avenue is a main road.

Bloomfield isn't the nicest neighborhood in Pittsburgh but I can't see a black male punching and kicking a white women at 9 pm on Liberty Avenue without there being a ton of witnesses, and/or a group of middle aged white men of Italian, Polish or Croatian decent wearing circa 1990 Steeler Starter jackets coming to her rescue.

And I just remembered there is a hospital about 2 blocks away from that intersection.
