I wish there was a prop for outlawing marriage altogether. Perhaps San Francisco will be first to that one in time, at which point I'll finally snap up a top floor loft there I've fence-sat about 5+ years.

Given that 'traditional' marriage boils down to little more than forming a corporation by contract in the eyes of the state, its a bit discriminatory to deny the ability to form one half of that corporation based on gender.
