I congratulate the USCG on another rescue. I suspect the rescue would have been hampered if Sarah Palin was flying her children around to various events using the State of Alaska airplane normally reserved for search and rescue operations--the use of which accounted for 20% of the plane's use in the last year.

Yeah, I just used a nominative absolute. So sue me.

the state plane they used is for the transport of prisoners and law enforcement officials not search and rescue. sorry.
