Not into acid jazz or chill out/ambient at all, but I hear it a lot at restaurants. It also reminds me of my retail days.

My taste is more on the upbeat tip running from early 80s new wave, goth, late 80s/90s freestyle like Noel, Exposee, Connie Z, etc, Norwegian death metal, indie electronica like Hot Chip, and I will shamelessly crank radio rap (I fucking heart Jay-Z and Kanye) in my Audi right after Love and Rockets til the day I die. The other weird thing is that I don't like music at home. Only in the car. And I don't like concerts, but used to love raves. Once upon a time ago...
