The place does have a reputation as a party school, its just why would he go ten hours out of the way unless it was to film or scout the campus out for some future project? The defense is out to lunch if they think they'll convince a jury of that.

Anyone have a bet on the verdict? My guess is guilty. He'll get somewhere between 2.5 and 5 years.
