Hi, guys, this Steph thing has really got us all worked up at LDR.

Allegations have made made against us which are untrue, and I will personally be meeting with our lawyers to find out the legal position.

The allegations are:

1) Rump owns our web site. Untrue.

2) Rump has continued visiting ADT under different names. Untrue.

As a consquence, I and our site have become the object of ridicule. May we say that in January 2004, we lost our domain name to a thief and won it back thanks to the expertise of our lawyers.

Steph, if you continue, to allow your board to post untruths about us, you'll be hearing from our lawyer.

Yeah, I 'm going to combine what Chico and Smartt have said- first of all just forget it, nobody is going to hold it against you that you were banned at ADT, no pornstars or companies are going to think differently of you at all, so what is the beef. Had you not written about this all over most people probably wouldn't even know you were banned over there at all. Banning and un-banning is up to Tony, not the mods, but I think the pedo will have a hard time getting Tony to un-ban him.

One way to get banned is repeated spamming of topics that have nothing to do with porn, the whores, or the industry. Had he/they kept up a Sunday's rate with posts about ADT and ignored efforts to get the the point of XXXPT I bet they'd eventually wear down Tony.

Maybe they have banned themselves in their own minds because they are awfully quiet lately.
