I used to wtach max's stuff years and years ago when he wasn't so hard on the girls. That being said if the girls are over eighteen and signed a consent form then it's fair game.

However (and isn't there always one of those)

I'm not impressed with Max's special pleading. Only now when he faced trial does he pull out the first amendment card. Perhaps someone more tuned in can tell me if Max ever before approached people with starting a common defence fund for porn producers.

I realize that the actual porn producing community is at best fractured by a variety of issues. But I think this ties in with a post i made on the Naughty america thread to the current problems with the pronography business.

Is there or have there been any discussion with regards to pron makers of working together to make sure that they have a "Plan B" when and if the Feds come calling?
