There's the rub, though, Redgoat. Where the fuck does it end? I'm sure you could easily wrangle twelve adults that agree GagFactor, American Bukkake, Slaphappy etc go way to fucking far. If sexual assault charges had been brought against Max by a performer, it would be a different thing.
But Max got convicted because somebody found his shit offensive. We will see how John Stagliano fares. Even if he prevails, is it really 'justice' if he loses millions of legitimately-earned dollars paying for a defense?
