Well folks, After 2 months, I haven't been ordered to report to prison, but I expect it to be soon. I may stay out while the formal appeal works it way through the courts, but I'll only know that after I'm ordered to surender.

I just want to briefly recap why people in our business, and those who enjoy porn, should be 100 percent behind this case whether they like the material or not.

There are those in power who would like to see all porn banned, and all pornographers put in prison. But that's not practical, so like most other crimes they go after those who are vulnerable and make examples out of them to discourage others from doing the same thing.

If it wasn't for me and others who make movies that are on the fringe, the feds would have indicted more mainstream guys like John Stagliano. Companies like Red Light, Jules Jordan, and Hustler. They'd also likely go after the high-end guys like Vivid, Digital Playground, and Wicked, because all of them put out plenty of comp tapes, any one of which could be charged.

I'm catching the flack that's coming no matter what. The only way to slow them down is to beat 'em in court, and make them back up and re-evaluate their strategy. If I were working at any of the companies above, I would have contributed to this case.

As for the fans, the same thing applies, no matter what kind of stuff you like, it's better protected with someone like me fighting them out front.
